Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the basis on which Dr Shahista Begum

(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides coaching and mentoring services (“Services”) to clients

(“you”, “your”). By booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these

Terms.

  1. Services Provided

    1. We provide coaching and mentoring for applicants, students, and professionals in medicine and dentistry.

    2. Services may include: application and interview coaching, exam preparation support, academic mentoring, and professional development guidance.

    3. Services are for educational and developmental purposes only. We do not provide medical, dental, legal, or immigration advice.

    4. We do not guarantee admission to university, exam success, or employment outcomes.

2. Bookings & Payments

  1. All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system or directly by agreement.

  2. Payment is required in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  3. We accept payment by bank transfer.

  4. Packages must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  1. Client cancellations:

    1. no More than 48 hours’ notice → session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.

    2. no Less than 48 hours’ notice → the session will be charged in full.

  2. Our cancellations: If we need to cancel, we will offer a rescheduled date at no additional cost.

  3. Refunds: Once a session or package has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed sessions. Partial refunds may be considered for unused sessions in a package if cancelled in advance.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  1. All personal information shared with us is treated as confidential.

  2. We comply with UK GDPR requirements.

  3. Information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

  4. If sessions are recorded (e.g. mock interviews), this will only be done with your explicit consent. Recordings will be stored securely and deleted after 12 months.

5. Client Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for attending sessions on time and being prepared.

  2. You agree to be respectful and professional during sessions.

  3. You must ensure that any application materials submitted to universities or employers are your own work. We do not condone plagiarism or misrepresentation.

6. Intellectual Property

  1. All materials provided by us (slides, workbooks, guides, resources) remain our intellectual property.

  2. You may use them for your own personal learning but may not copy, share, or sell them for commercial use.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  1. Coaching and mentoring are provided as guidance only.

  2. We make no guarantees regarding offers, exam results, or professional outcomes.

  3. We are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from your use of our Services.

  4. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the Services.

8. Complaints & Disputes

  1. If you are dissatisfied with a Service, please notify us in writing at info@medentally.com within 7 days of the issue.

  2. We will make every effort to resolve matters promptly and fairly.

  3. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
